If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
To use certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Our Platform supports different user types: Tutors, Parents, and Companies. Each user type has specific rights and responsibilities as outlined in these Terms and our Platform guidelines.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Recort or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Parents and companies posting jobs must ensure that all information provided is accurate and that the positions comply with applicable labor laws. We reserve the right to remove job postings that violate our policies.
Tutors may apply for jobs through our Platform. All applications must be made in good faith, and applicants must provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience.
Any hiring arrangements made through our Platform are between the hiring party and the tutor. We are not responsible for the terms of employment or any disputes that may arise.
Some features of our Platform require a subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable, but we may provide refunds for technical issues or service unavailability.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Our Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
In no event shall Recort be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
